Ticket Terms

These terms cover tickets bought from Nightshift Entertainment through this site. Buying a ticket means accepting them.

Prices

The price shown on the event page is the full price: face value plus our service fee, with GST included. Nothing is added later.

Refunds

All sales final unless the show is cancelled. If it is cancelled you get the full amount back, service fee included, to the card you paid with. If it is postponed your ticket is valid for the new date.

If you cannot make a postponed date

Contact us at the event's support address and we will deal with it case by case. We are not obliged to refund a postponed show, but we would rather hear from you than have you not turn up.

Your ticket is a licence, not property

A ticket is a revocable licence to attend. Admission may be refused, or ended, for conduct or for breaching venue policy, and no refund is owed once you have been admitted. A ticket has no cash value.

One use

Each ticket admits one person once. The QR code is single use and stops working the moment it is scanned. Do not share a screenshot: whoever presents it first gets in.

Resale

Reselling tickets bought here is not permitted. Resold tickets may be voided without refund.

Age and ID

Age restrictions are shown on the event page. Photo ID matching the name on the ticket may be required at the door.

Filming

We film and photograph our events. By attending you allow your image to be used in Nightshift Entertainment recordings and promotion.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. Raising a chargeback instead voids the tickets on that order.

Cancelled by us

If we cancel, we refund in full and that is the limit of what we owe. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs.
